Annual Maintenance
- Outdoor coil will be inspected for heat transfer loss
- Fans will be inspected and cleaned
- Refrigerant is checked for proper charge to assure no leaks
- Exposed ductwork will be checked for leaks
- Thermostats will be checked and calibrated as requierd
- Motors and bearing will be lubricated as required
- Controls and safeties will be tested as needed
- Drains will be checked
- Relays and contractors will be inspected
- Capacitators wll be checked
- Humidifier operation will be checked
- Check pilot assembly and clean burner
- Temperatures and pressures will be recorded
- Inspect heat exchanger integrity and check for CO ppm
- Indoor coil inspection
- Furnish inspection report and advise of any abnormal conditions
- Repairs are "fixed right or they're FREE"
